Off to Rehab
As my blogaholism has recently relapsed, to the point of being in danger of binge blogging once again actually (like I did one day last week), very shortly I will be heading off to spend the next four days and four nights at a local rehab center for blog addicts and blogaholics (here).
Yes, bloggers from all over the world are flocking to this particular haven, which is at an undisclosed location within this area of Central Vermont.
This particular rehab clinic is solely dedicated for the treatment of those of us with a major blog addiction. Hopefully this just work in curing my blogaholism.
It has been rumored that they might name it the Howard Dean Blog Addiction Rehab Treatment Center, in honor of the former Democratic Presidential candidate and former Governor from Vermont who put his campaign on the map with his (former) official campaign blog.
Of course Blog for America continues on as the blog for Howard Dean's very own PAC (political action committee) or, what I refer to as being the Howard Dean wing of the Democratic Party.
Anyway, as I am back in recovery mode, I won't be off-line for the entire time. They are letting me take time both tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday to come into Montpelier so I can do some personal errands as well as being able to get online once during the day to check my e-mail, along with even allowing me to do some blogging, though my time will be strickly limited and monitored of course.
Wish me luck.
More tomorrow ...

My ex husband has never, to my knowledge, written a blog, but his addiction to the internet in general is famous within the family. Unless he is at work, the only way to contact him is through email as he doesn't have broadband.
Yes, I think I may understand what you are relating about within your comment post Francesca.
Unfortunately this is what I believe is more commonly referred in the blogosphere as a *dry blogaholic* Francesca and, actually, it can be quite serious too.
*Definition*: A colloquial term generally used to describe someone who has either never blogged before in their lifetime or, if they have and had to stop blogging because both their and they themselves were out of control, they are someone who still manages to demonstrate the same behaviors and attitudes of addiction as an active blogaholic.
